For a very long time we dreamt of Bringing our heritage to Brighton a place we now call home our recipe perfected our family recipe Salt beef was exactly what we wanted to offer with other home favourites. Our Freshly Cooked Hand Crafted Brisket is an old family recipe that we have enjoyed for generations and its our pleasure to share that with our customers.
One of the only places in Brighton to make their own salt beef, we are proud to produce everything by hand.We take pride in our food and we make sure we only buy and offer the best market fresh ingredients. From the wheat we use in our Bagels to the Chickpeas that go into our falafel. Time & love is spent procuring quality ingredients.
